    I was 33 when I lost my father to cigarettes.
    It took me until 34 to quit my own pack and half a day habit.  I'm nearly 59 now and know that it was the best thing I ever did (the quitting, of course).

    Lovely diary.  Enjoyed every word of it.  I hope someone reads it and puts down the rack of ribs, quits smoking, and/or starts working out.  A little self love goes a long way.
