    here's an excerpt from Greenwald's book where he makes the case that our "two-tiered" justice system was launched when Ford pardoned Nixon.

    Certainly those who experienced (and continue to experience) the systemic racism in our justice system since this country's founding would find that idea ludicrous.

    But if he wants to make the case that he's referring to letting a President get away with something criminal, perhaps he'd want to think about what legal price FDR paid for interning thousands of Japanese during WWII.

    The fact that he thinks the first foray of an administration into illegal/unconstitutional activities came with Nixon is laughable and demonstrates his political naivete.
