    But the fact is that in running for President, looks matter a lot.  The nation has not had an obese president since Taft.  Clinton was overweight at first, but not Taft or Christie-level.

      consider Christie's obesity a legitimate issue if it weren't for his temper.

      He's already, as GloFish pointed out, probably at least 300 lbs.  Add to that his tendency to go ballistic, and it seems like he'd be a bigger risk for stroke/heart attack than his opponents.
