    chemical engineers, oil companies, power companies, and other industrial generators of CO2 can get behind - especially if we pair this technology with a carbon dioxide emission tax.  Now that there is a path to reuse instead of using the sky as a landfill, it is a matter of development.  

    Tax emitted carbon dioxide now in industrial applications and you would see this technology roll out in 2 years.  Time to push Washington on a carbon tax, pointing to this technology as a way to fix the carbon and thereby avoid the tax.  Market solution, environmental solution,
