    been designed specifically to benefit private companies that step in to replace public services.  These companies are most likely run by friends and cronies of the rich guys who bought these politicians.  Their aim is to show there is no corner of life that can't be made to turn a profit, none of which will be shared by the workers or the unfortunate "customers"--the public.  This is the GOP plan for America, and it's particularly terrible in swing states where these philosophies don't really represent huge swathes of the voters.  People in swing states who voted in GOP leaders out if impatience or frustration at the pace of change are paying a very heavy price.  But in really red Kansas, this is what a real majority thinks it wants.
