    Not sure why so many people get hung up on that one point I made.

    I don't live with regrets or "what ifs" or alternative universes.

    We've seen what a neo-conservative presidency gets us, it just made the pendulum swing that much more easily.

    Hey, maybe Obama would never even be president had Bush not been.

    It wasn't meant to open up a whole discussion on "why someone should change their vote in hindsight".

      have been far better to not support Reagan I before I turned against Republicanism and extreme conservatism/libertarianism/social prejudices by the time of his second Presidential campaign.

      It's a wider view of the world and what would have been a better path.  In hindsight.
