    ensure that the actual board members and executives initiating, executing and/or signing-off on these practices were held accountable... I wonder who could do that?

      of Judgement. Meanwhile, if you are filthy rich you are exempt from accountability, since, if anyone were charged for crimes we are told "there would be panic in the banking system and it would collapse."

      Why all the bankers would panic if one were to be criminally charged... i think it's a bonding/empathy thing.

      Markos! Not only are the Gates Not Crashed, they've fallen on us. Actual Representatives are what we urgently need, because we have almost none.

      By posting detailed public information on the individuals who created and consummated these deals, together with the precise "instruments" they created and sold, the results and the losses.  So that every man in the street knew their names, their games, and their misdeeds.  Target them the way that right-wing loonies target doctors who do abortions.  At the very least, it would make them nervous.  It might make it difficult for them to continue doing business, as any potential business "partner" would have to do due diligence and know just what they'd pulled over on people before.
