    that clinics be up to hospital standards. They just passed that law here in Virginia.

    Here from NPR - New Regulations Could Treat Virginia Abortion Clinics Like Hospitals:

    "With little fanfare, Virginia and Michigan Republican governors recently signed new abortion bills into law. Virginia's Bob McDonnell, in particular, quietly approved clinic regulations adopted by the state's Board of Health three months ago that hold abortion clinics to the same building standards as hospitals."
    Please note, these standards aren't required of ALL clinics doing medical procedures, only clinics that perform abortion services.

    So you couldn't accidentally misplace or not have the equipment, the Board of Health could just shut you down for not being up to standard.
