    Very well-snarkily played.

As for Scott Brown, a Fixed News gig is just fine. That's where he can do the least amount of damage.

but to be fair, as much as I can't stand the guy, he makes a valid point-that would be a lot of elections and a lot of campaigning over just a few years.  Can't say I blame him, and it's not like he didn't stand a good chance of winning either.  There's a reason folks here were relieved.

      •  oh and he's a racist (3+ / 0-)

he ran a blatantly racist campaign against Warren, so I'm glad he's done whatever his reasons.  I doubt he would have a chance as governor of Mass. once he establishes a long record of stupidity at Fox.

        •  This is what puzzles me (0+ / 0-)

It's clear he'd like to make some money since his public service jobs and law practice only paid enough for a big house, a truck, a horse and singing lessons for his daughter, and a very expensive barn coat.

But you'd have to think there are places he could make some good coin (Wall Street, big law firm) that wouldn't mess up his "moderate" image (which he still has here) the way working at Fox News will. This would be like a Blackstone Valley millstone around his neck if he wants to run for Governor next year.

Maybe's he just done with electoral politics.

Republicans...think the American standard of living is a fine thing--so long as it doesn't spread to all the people. And they admire the Government of the United States so much that they would like to buy it. Harry S. Truman
