  •  Caught Bill in a flat-out lie (8+ / 0-)

O'Reilly used to claim that he grew up in Levittown. Even his mother said that they grew up in Westbury. His dittoheads went on line with a fabulous array of lies. The best was saying that he was in Levittown when he grew up, and then the house was changed to Westbury in the early 60's because of the introduction of zip codes. I settled the matter by going to the library in East Meadow, Long Island. The brought the 1958 Nassau County phone book up from the basement. It listed Bill O'Reilly senior as a resident of Westbury. A man that cannot even tell the truth about what town he lived in isn't going to be my source for information.
