    I assume Casey will run for re-election, unless you're talking about Corbett barely winning re-election in 14, which seems unlikely.

      If Schwartz wins in 2014 and Casey therefore seeks reelection (and doesn't switch to Gov), then nothing is open in 2018.

        up in Pa. I had thought Casey might well run for gov. in 2018. But by then he'll also have begun to have some significant senate seniority.
