be assigned to rotate on some 4 to 8 months stays in the medical facility there and be flown in by helicopter. I guess once in a while every 4 to 8 months there should be weather conditions safe enough to fly the helicopter into there, or not?

If the region is not attractive enough for MDs to be permanently stationed there, it should be important enough to organize a rotating service by several medical doctors.

      So what's Murkowski's real problem?
