    That's actually an interesting question, though. Given issues of tribal sovereignity, how would any new state weapons regulations affect them?

    Even as a sovereign entity, however, tribes do follow state law.

      Trumps.  By and large state law does not run into tribal lands any more than it does to Nevada.  They are separate sovereigns except as limited by federal law.  Here California has adopted the PL 280 law enforcement authority, but reservations are still sovereigns.  

      I think that tribal members on tribal lands would not be subject to the law at all

          and I actually practice what is called in the business "Indian law" (that is federal law) as opposed to tribal law (law enacted by tribes).
