    5 days is nothing more or less than cutting mail delivery from 6 days to 5 days. It is not a "takeover try", it is not a privatization of a government function. It is cutting back a bit on a service that is no longer necessary (if it ever was). Most businesses and schools are open 5 days a week and it works out just fine. I have yet to hear a compelling case as to why delivering 6 out of 7 days is good, but 5 out of 7 days is a disaster.

        Some people hold onto to everything, no matter how trivial. The mail will still come and go 5 days a week. Suffering will be minimal.
