  •  LuvLee did her job as Alarm Clock Pootie (15+ / 0-)

very well today! I assigned it to her late last night as we were going to bed, because I stayed up to about 3 in the morning! I was working on a cool new design for my new Zazzle store, and I could not shut off the 'puter until I had it done enough to look at. And I was not going to wake up for any ol' alarm clock, so I deliberately did not set it. Instead I told LuvLee to get me up in time for her morning insulin shot and I'd take it from there.

She gets her insulin at 9:30, and by golly she woke me up at 9:15. Worked out great - I got enough sleep and she got her breakfast and insulin right on time, and here we are enjoying our day :)

Nice pootie diary today! Hope everyone has a Happee Toosdai and that our Pootie Queen starts feeling better soonest!

    •  Isn't it wonderful how well they adapt? I have (6+ / 0-)

thought of you and LuvLee quite often, but all seems well, so I didn't say anything.

Now, I can just applaud you both!

ummm...would you two please essplain to HisLordshipOfSnooze that we do digital time here, and he needs to learn how to read it?  He can never decide whether to do the Starving Cat Routine or just lie here staring at me.  He's such a.......pootie!!!

Glad things are going so well with LuvLee!

      Hugs,
      Marti and ol' snoozerface

with LuvLee for a while and we've continued to have more adventures on the diabetes trail, but for now she is doing really well! Her coat is so soft and shiny, and she is so frisky, I'm looking to get new toys for her 'cause she loves to play and work off that energy! And she's 13!

But I'm afraid we can't help with HLoS because we just has a plain ol' alarm clock with hands, lol. The only digital clock is the one on my oven, and it got out of time in a power outage a couple weeks - and I still haven't fixed it! It's just not on my priority list, lol.

        •  You're very welcome, and............... (5+ / 0-)

          * sigh *

Now, I've been owned by other pooties who could tell time.  They knew when and who should be home from work.  They knew when meal time was.  They even knew when my mum went to church and how long she was allowed to be gone!

But this one?  pfffft!!!  His idea of a schedule is what he wants, when he wants it.

Dunno where he got that idea!

          ;-)

Maybe I should buy him a watch??

Give Miss LuvLee a few scritchies from me!
          Hugs,
          Marti
