    BTW, started to read, of all things, an old Bantam paperback of selected works by John Stuart Mill.  Much easier to tote about.  Definitely one for the public book swap locale once done.

        ......others have a slightly dated air.  His screed (by Victorian standards) against organized religion is provocative at times, particularly waspish comments about the Roman Catholic Church (in light of the big change pending).
