    The test’s rules, though, explicitly prohibited such sharing. “The exam is completely open book, open note, open Internet, etc. However, in all other regards, this should fall under similar guidelines that apply to in-class exams,” the rules stated. “More specifically, students may not discuss the exam with others—this includes resident tutors, writing centers, etc.”

      Though, based on what I just read in that Slate article, it seems kinda inappropriate exam for an Intro to Congress class.  

      I had one open book final in college but even with a long weekend to work on it, it was quite difficult to get the answers if you weren't familiar enough with the Bible to know where to look.  Of course the professor was retiring and decided that he wasn't going to give anyone a grade that semester that would bring their GPA down so that took a lot of pressure off.
