    ... and renews it without argument every time it comes up? I don't consider that much of a delaying action, unfortuantely. It's just another vote to let politicians show they're willing to "make the hard choices" to "protect America."

    And if they vote for enough, people will get used to the idea of Congress voting for assassinations. Someone will say "look, that's due process right there. There was a vote."

    I feel very pessimistic about this entire thing, I'm sorry to say.
