    U.S. District Court, because when the lawsuit filed recently in the Ingham County District Court makes it to the Michigan Supreme Court it will get thrown out, because the Judges will do what the Koch brothers want. And what the DeVos want.

      The Supreme Court has ruled in our favor a handful of times. On the fontgate fiasco with the repeal of the Emergency Manager Law, for example. However, with Hathaway on her way to the slammer, you may be right. That certainly reduces our odds.
