    Okay, a bit maudlin, maybe.  But I love these songs.

      I still remember the Soprano, Second Soprano and Alto parts - we did it in 5 part mixed chorus.  

      I still listen to The Carpenters on long car trips.  And John Denver, too.  When I like to sing along and be able to hear after 5 hours in the car.  

      Although I have been known to crank up Steppenwolf's Born to be Wild on the turnpike.  But that's 1968, not the 70's!
