    I doubt the eagles would be very happy with any kind of loud music played close to the nest.  On the other hand the house between where we stand on the street and the eagles (further from the nest than the screening trees) has small children living in it so the eagles must be used to some level of noise.

      If the eagles had already established their nest on our property before we started building our house, we would not have been allowed to.  But, they built their nest during construction while there was sawing and nailing and all kinds of machinery noise.  However, they can't tolerate any other big bird (raven, juvenile eagle, hawk) flying overhead.  They seem fine with activity on the ground.  Our two dogs don't seem to impress them in the least.
