  •  Really? (0+ / 0-)

Please show me the  super-secret addendum to the First Amendment, where it repeals the right of political speech in cases where:

limbaugh is a tool, reading think tank talking points for pay.  he  is a corporation.

he is not a guy with a soapbox standing on the corner calling your father a traitor and your mother a slut. he's on EVERY street corner in the country calling your father a traitor and your mother a slut and you can't even call him.

In the Fox News Christian Nation, public schools won't teach sex education and evolution; instead they'll have an NRA sponsored Shots for Tots: Gunz in Schoolz program.

or even one radio station. nothing guarantees him that.

what you quoted above related to the ignorant notion i hear from so many americans, and one that limbaugh and his lovers like to cultivate, that he is just some independent political entertainer and the 600 stations he's on reflect the market  for his talk.

and so they criticize those who would actually use their free speech rights to reduce his dominance/monopoly on the air waves  by suggesting they want to take his FSRs away.

and that goes back to the original point i made, remember this part?

to be guaranteed his own radio show on our public airways
free speech rights do not guarantee him that

This is a list of 76 universities for Rush Limbaugh that endorse global warming denial, racism, sexism, and GOP lies by broadcasting sports on over 170 Limbaugh radio stations.
