    for example, the data shows he drove around in circles for 20 minutes at one rest area.  Musk says he was doing it intentionally, Broder says the charging station in the rest area was neither illuminated or signed - he was driving around and around looking for it, eventually found it, and hooked up to the charger.  Broder also says (and absent sworn testimony I dont know who is right) that he was on the phone with Tesla employees who instructed him on how long to charge and what would be adequate.

    Based on the information available, I think the truth is somewhere in between
