    and they're running the same strategy now as they did in 2009. It's about firing up their base as we usually tell ours to take a hike.

    So far the Dems are looking more encouraging than they did in 09.

      In 2010, they could run on Obamacare. They could run on the cuts (that weren't really cuts) to Medicare. They used the calls to repeal Obamacare to get their base to turn out, who were too stupid to realize that Congress could vote to repeal it everyday and Obama could just veto their bills, as the GOP would be no where close to getting enough seats to override vetoes. Are they going to run on repealing Obamacare now? Or are they going to try to explain Dodd-Frank to their rubes? Gun control is popular, immigration is popular. They really want to go out and remind voters that they are against those things?

        it shouldn't be 9.8% unemployment next November as was the case in November 2010.  That more than anything caused the 2010 midterm disaster.
