  •  Aw, no. That's going too far. (4+ / 0-)

How about wishing an ultrasound of the prostate?  You do know how they do that, don't you?  That would be fair play.

    It's the Supreme Court, stupid!

    •  Not going to far in my opinion... (0+ / 0-)

if you truly consider this invasion rape.

You know how many women rapists have killed women across this country. literally and in the terms of emotional, psychological, etc. death?

Apparently and thankfully, you haven't been raped.

    •  Forcing any unnecessary, invasive (5+ / 0-)

procedure on anyone is evil.  It wouldn't make me feel better about being forced to undergo a vaginal probe to know that men had to undergo an anal or penile probe.  I would just be furious on behalf of both sexes.

No one should force anyone to have an unwanted medical procedure.  It would be, in fact,  a criminal battery to do so.
But it is a useful analogy to present to the largely male supporters of forced vaginal probes.  Since they are so cavalier about what happens to women, it would do them a world of good to imagine themselves in a similar situation.

      •  It is what is often known as a "poison pill" in (0+ / 0-)

that by introducing such a thing to make it equal for both sexes it not only makes such a thing harder to pass but even proposing it will hopefully make supporters realize how bad of an idea it is.  Remember how most Republicans are, they are incapable of feeling any kind of empathy for someone in a situation they have not experienced themselves unless they are very likely to experience it.
