and, of course your story is well told and will be part of a new series shared with the community entailing all the above. This will be a mega diary presentation under the title "Trail of Time" and I think I found a way to tell the story from a perspective of different people viewing the Grand Canyon at different times. Cardenes, et al., play a major role in the merging of civilizations (the Europeans with the native populations, both Indians and Hispanic), which happened around 1540. So stay tuned for that, Shockwave, and I really appreciate your comments. May I also how do you make the block-indented and highlighted passage for your commentary? I've been trying to figure that out from the get-go. So far, nada, given my discovery. (By the way, I just love the huge story of the conquistadors and all that intrigue searching for the supposed 7 Cities of Wealth. Talk about an interesting wild goose chase with serious consequences (i.e., the 'gold and souls' motif that comes with the price of these would be conquerors). More later.

Highlight something and click on Blockquote.  Italic and Bold work the same way.

      Look forward.

and a big "DUH!" for me, Shockwave. I never thought of trying that method. Most kind to lead a fairly ignorant fellow (given this site's perimeters and how to do this, that, or the other thing. I appreciate your help in this matter, very much in fact.
