    gave more recognition to Django Unchained than to Lincoln. That rehabilitates the Academy Awards to a significant extent in my book.

    That, and that they shunned Zero Dark Thirty.

      Tarantino has never won best director, has he? There's a limit to how much they like him.

      I'm also glad a movie about assassinating someone and justifying torture didn't win. The Hurt Locker was probably the worst film to ever win best picture. It was a boring and unrealistic propaganda film.
