      that where there is smoke, there's often fire. There are more than 60 students who are part of the report filed against UNC. The UNC deliberately allowed the Honor Court to handle sexual assault cases. The Honor Court has become a bit of joke in the past few years.

      Take that with the fact that all people in power want to keep that power and protect it, with the fact that several studies in the past few years have showed that there is a systemic national problem with the way universities and colleges handle rape, and you have a bad formula.
