    If the White House brought the names of ten candidates for the two Dem seats and the Senate GOP leadership brought ten names for the two Republican seats, I would think they could come to an agreement on four names. This technique has been used many times in the past. This would be a good time to try this because the GOP is delighted that recess appointments are off the table, for any position, and the NLRB has been neutered. There is no incentive for them to move on the two current nominees and if filibuster reform wasn't accomplished at the beginning of the session, it certainly isn't going to be changed now.
