The world of American politics will be quite different in 2015. If you think that Obama derangement syndrome is bad, just wait for Hillary Hatred syndrome. Don't expect her to become President, and don't think that the problems of Federalist judges will disappear, any more than Big Finance and Big Corrupt Non Profit (that's a  laugh) American medicine.

    •  There was plenty of Hillary Hatred syndrome (1+ / 0-)

in 2007 when the GOP thought she would be the nominee.

    •  Don't need to wait for it (0+ / 0-)

Hillary Hatred was in full bloom until she lost the Dem primary. It started when her husband was elected and just built up steam in the following years. It was at its peak when she was running for POTUS of course, and it was one of the reasons I was against her as a candidate. As a Republican GOTV plan she was beyond price.

      •  Yep. That's why we nominated Obama: GOP loved him (0+ / 0-)

Remember all the hoo-ha about how he'd transcend partisanship and unite the country? As if the Republicans would suddenly tell their propagandists to shut up once Obama was chosen over Teh Evil Hillz?

Of course, now President Obama is a Kenyan-commie-socialist-Amurkahater.

Any Dem will be. Well, except for the Kenyan part, maybe.

And they were all over the terrorist Kenyan Muslim gay socialist who was too stupid to get into college without affirmative action or give a speech without a teleprompter. The big differences was that the base didn't hate Obama enough to crawl over red hot broken glass to vote against him.  As to Hillary, they would have crawled naked over red hot broken glass for 10 miles without stopping for a drink of water to vote against her. (Of course, they probably figured Obama was easier to beat, and McCain more likely to win)

        •  Yes I remember this (0+ / 0-)

About how the he would be "post partisan" and how he'd "Bring his foes over to his side" etc. Didn't happen in a big, big way. We can't have it both ways here. Either the GOP is really a inverted Dinosaur, as KOS would have us believe, made up of only old white dudes, or its a vital opposition party capable of stopping anyone that they hate.
