  •  Technically, the are flamingly delusional (28+ / 0-)

They actually believe the horseshit they spew.

that's why they think there is nothing wrong with their message  and they merely need to find other ways to couch their anti-america agenda.

But they are as delusional as any of my clients suffering from schizophrenia. And often more so because many of my clients actually get better. (Despite republican efforts to kill mental health treatment)

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.

your own construction. Soon, you believe your bubble is the world and you understand everything in it, so you understand the world.
Add to that the fact that they've been so arrogant to believe they are infallible and it is a certain formula for such delusion.

But let us not speak to loudly. We wouldn't want to wake them up.

    •  Call them delusional, clueless, (9+ / 0-)

      or just plain wrong...

But unfortunately there are still enough in power at all levels to cause a lot of pain for a lot of people for a long time.

    •  I think this is why Scalia thought it was fine (0+ / 0-)

for him to use the term "racial entitlement".
He's stewed to long in the right wing world he thinks it's acceptable.
He must not realize how racist it inflammatory it is when talking about making sure everyone gets their one vote and gets to have it counted...callling that greatest duty and privlege of American citizenship an "entitlement" as if it is too much for Brown skinned citizens to ask for!!

How unacceptable. How biased. How unbecoming of a justice of the US Supreme court. How embarracing...etc etc
how stomach turning to the majority of citizens.

is he stupid or does he not know how bigotted this seems? I thought he was known to be a thinker.

I have nothing against political conservatives (but rather not have them in power making laws that affect me and my country). I do have things against bigots.
