  •  Yup. I work about 55 hours a week (5+ / 0-)

    as a public school teacher--much of that time spent in physical activity with kids (I teach music) plus I do all of the shopping, cooking and housework.  After 37 years on the job, I weigh 30 pounds more than I did when I started.  I'm not obese, but I'm not the itty bitty size 4 that I used to be either.  Of course teaching is women's work so it can't possibly require any sort of energy.
