    When you write:

"Not only does it privatize Medicare ....... ", correction please.

The new law does not privatize Medicare.

Medicaid is, to some extent, already partially privatized, at least in some states.

Here in Hawaii, Medicaid recipients were given, a few years ago, a choice between enrolling in one of the plans of several private health insurance companies.

So then, .... what Arkansas is planning to do ..... is not really new.

Since the federal government is picking up the whole tab for the first few years, (and 90% thereafter) it would be insane to pass it up.

Republican bimbos like Rick Perry will continue to resist this new program.

Mainly because they refuse to admit that the Democrats could do something good. Repugs DESPISE admitting that Democrats (or government for that matter) can do something that actually helps the country.

But in the end, ALL fifty states will enroll, in one way or another.

In the end, the Repugs LOST the battle against Obamacare.
