    I beat Obama a lot - but he is a constitutional lawyer and he knows what he is doing here.  Marriage Equality is inevitable.

      Interesting thought to have a qualified and available justice in waiting for President H. Clinton to appoint for Bader-Ginsburg or, better yet, Tubby Tony or Clarence-the-silent.

        William Howard Taft served as Chief Justice after his White House term was over, and he was pretty quick to point out that he much preferred being on the Court.

        I have privately mused that either of the Clintons would make a fine justice, as well. Though in general I would prefer to see our top government positions opened up beyond the de facto political aristocracy.
