He hasn't said much that I've come across.

    Close enough?

    ;)

My brother Michael has seen the Dead maybe 200 times, from Montreal to Amsterdam, he's even on a video at the Dead site at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (Watkins Glen).

Me? Not so much. In fact, when I brought my 12 year old daughter to experience Strawberry Fields in Central Park, circa 1995, I was "disappointed" that the Jerry Garcia fans were using it for his wake, strewing flowers everywhere. No respect, I thought.
      (Sorry)

Honesty is not a policy. It's a character trait.

But you have to understand, Jerry's death was, for us, beyond description. A life-changer, not only for him of course (duh), but for those of us who truly loved him. We all weren't in our right minds very often, even more so when that happened.

Not making excuses for disrespectful behavior... I absolutely loathed some of the behavior I saw... People parking and partying on residents front lawns at shows in Oregon, and things like that.

Cassidy is a great song, though. ;)
