But, he's probably thinking about the time one of his sons got drunk and then killed an elderly couple after crossing the interstate median (and the damned kid got off with absolutely nothing).

OMG!!!  Channel 9 is going against the governor and is pointing out point blank what Braindead's plan would cost and cover compared to expanded Medicaid!!!

    •  He just appointed the other son (1+ / 0-)

The younger Branstad, 29, has a “heart for service,” according to the governor’s spokesman, Tim Albrecht. He’s a longtime outdoor enthusiast and hunter.

“He has a passion for outdoor resources,” Albrecht said.

The governor appoints the “best possible individual” to state boards and commissions “and Marcus’ passion made him a great candidate for that job.”

Marcus Branstad, a political science major of Buena Vista University, is a manager at the American Chemistry Council.

    •  Good to know. Thanks. (0+ / 0-)

The last time I was in the midwest was nearly 20 years ago, and the bars we played in (I was touring with a band) were pretty bad.  Most of the musicians (all from California) had a hard time with the smoke filled rooms.

I am not religious, and did NOT say I enjoyed sects.
