  •  You don't credit history to determine if (0+ / 0-)

someone has a criminal history or driver's record. I owned a moving company and I never pulled a Credit Report on an employee. And it never bit me in the ass.

And what does a Credit Report have to do with employee theft of office supplies?

Having been both a corporate executive (15 yrs) and a small business owner (10 yrs), I can say that it is as simple as most are implying.

This is just another case of the average naive moderate allowing more government-protected corporate over-reach because they have no clue about how nefarious the actions of both have become and are increasingly become.

Before HIPA, they could and frequently did base personnel decisions on medical records. I suppose you thought that was okay, too.

When 1% take 121% of the gains from "recovery", people actually recovering from lost employment are trading down on wages and benefits. Current strategies by moderates don't even consider winning the Class War.
