    it appears to be an incorrect claim against use of peer-to-peer file sharing.

    Since no party whose system was actually violated has been named, it seems as if this is fishing for a list of uncontested judgements in court and/or anything that might come up in the ISP's logs or webranding's response that they can latch onto and create a claim for.

      I understand now. I was having a hard time making the connection between computer intrusion claim in the snippet of the document in the diary and a simple copyright trolling case.

      +++ The law is a weapon used to bludgeon us peasants into submission. It is not to be applied to the monied elite.
