Is not an unbiased source. Even suggesting that Zimmerman may be guilty, will get you banned.

And for the record w8 did not commit perjury.
The defense wanted to subpoena her medical records for the six weeks following Trayvon's death. The state had already told the defense there were no medical records for that period.

This was all about getting the words W8 and lied in one sentence.

They are referring to this part of her statement to the prosecutor.

BDLR: Were you able to go to the funeral or to the wake?
Dee Dee: I was goin’ to go, but…
    BDLR: OK, what happened?
Dee Dee: I didn’ feel good.
BDLR: OK, did you end up going to the hospital or somewhere?
Dee Dee: Mmmm…Yeah, I had high blood pressure.

That's my guess anyway. But she can and WILL be questioned about response in the deposition.

O'Mara can simply ask: Where were you treated?

She'll have to plead the 5th unless the prosecution offers her immunity. Either way, the jury is going to know that she lied. And you can parse through the ambiguity of BDLR's question and her response to make it seem as though the was telling the truth. The problem is that she was recording specifically saying during the Crump interview that her mother took her to the hospital. And we've seen Mr. Crump (and his associates) on the news saying the same thing. And we've got a statement from a "family member" saying DeeDee got an EKG.

So if she's telling the truth, where are the medical records?

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.

When she spoke with Crump. They won't be able to impeach her. I am sure they will do their best to bully her when she is on the stand. Question is how well that will sit with a jury, watching another teenager being bullied by old white men.

Judge Nelson's reaction when she realized what was going on, may be an indication.
