  •  I gave up on "Processed" meat (0+ / 0-)

    a Long time Ago. I don't buy ANY Meat products that
    require  a Degree in Chemistry to Understand the List of
    Ingredients.

    I have a hard time eating Carbohydrates.
    Carbs cause my Insulin to spike and I gain Weight.

    The added weight then causes problems with my
    Blood Pressure.   Definitely NOT Good.

    My current Diet is Roughly 50 Percent Meat and
    50 Percent Vegetable.  Very Few Carbohydrates.

    My weight is going down between 1.0 - 1.5 pounds each
    week.  The Lab tests from my last Physical were Good
    and My Doctor says that My blood Pressure is Much Better.

    I have absolutely NO Intention of giving up ALL meat
    Consumption.  I might cut back AFTER I Loose another
    30 pounds.  Until that Happens, I'm going to keep
    the Diet that I'm on right Now.
