    The brilliant legislature took that away from them.  If she doesn't prosecute, the prosecutor is committing a crime.

    This is what happens when elected representatives despise  working government. employees.

    You can't make this stuff up.

      Between Guano Loco Bachmann plus financing three stadiums (and fixing and maybe building more stadiums after that, thanks to a last-second amendment added) and then insanity like this, it's no wonder Minnesota is going down the crapper.
