  •  GOP: Out of reach is out of touch (7+ / 0-)

They came loose from their moorings a decade ago and have been floating further and further away from the mainstream of American society.

Now they are so delusional, so ignorant, so consumed with their ability to be openly racist, they are being FULLY ALLOWED to fuck this country up as they see fit with little more than a tut-tut from the democrats who seem to live in abject fear of repubs calling them sissies (which they are).

Dems have an enemy - the GOP is nothing less than the enemy: if you don;t feel they;re you're enemy I question your judgement  because they are in now  way, shape or form, your friends - and they really should be approached as such.

And stop lionizing Rand Fucking Paul: a broken clock is right twice a day and one fun rant does not redeem his utter white trash-bagger credential. He is still a full-on fuck-up.

    And not your friend.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.

The Democrats are the only true peace party.

      Isolationism is lunacy.

of those senators who dined with the president not having a clue what was in his grand bargain proposal - or even that he had a grand bargain proposal - despite its being posted on the White House website for weeks and the president's referring to it in every speech he's made for the past month.  And their excuse that the Republican leadership hadn't told them about it was the biggest cop-out I ever heard.  Don't these people have staffs that are supposed to know and tell them about such things, or do they have to be spoon-fed every piece of information about the real world from their "leadership"?

Maybe they'll know now how their leadership is treating them like mushrooms.

"In this world of sin and sorrow there is always something to be thankful for; as for me, I rejoice that I am not a Republican." - H. L. Mencken

        "treating them like mushrooms"
For the uninformed: You grow mushrooms by keeping them in the dark and covered with manure.
