    try to use that law to challenge restrictions against setting up a public dungeon and orgy building as if they were honest would be damn near impossible to find a compelling government interest in preventing such a thing.  Of course, condoms would be available at cost (or as part of the cover charge on orgy nights) and standard public dungeon safety rules (standardized safewords, inform the monitors of any intense play beforehand, messy stuff confined to the appropriate designated areas) would be in place as usual.

    Or how about even a brothel as church (ok, temple) prostitution had been a regular staple of religious practice for quite a while back in the ancient days.  Nothing says the religious practice has to be from a modern religion, right?
