Eliminate the cap on FICA and social security is a non issue.  Actually, those making over $110k should pay a higher rate--our country used to believe in a graduated tax rate table.

    Apres Bush, le deluge.

    •  Ronald Reagan offered a huge tax increase (3+ / 0-)

The tax increase helped Social Security remain solvent and meaningful for decades. Maybe the GOP will follow Reagan instead of Odious Norquist and zombie-eyed granny starver Ryan in doing the right thing, not just what the greediest of the rich want.

The only fair tax on inheritance above $10 million is 100%.

Americans can make our country better.

On Social Security wage income is $113,700.

If I was a communist, rich men would fear me...And the opposite applies. The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles.

This is the tax increase Obama and the Democrats should be fighting for. It will make SS/Medicare solvent and we can then proceed to compromise with Republicans to cut other wasteful areas of government like Defense. At all costs, DO NOT OFFER UP ENTITLEMENTS ON THE TABLE.....
