don't come to conclusive proof. Where they differ from the BBC report is that the BBC claims there were no Palestinian rockets fired since it was so close to the start of the Israeli attack, whereas your reports claim there was fire. The BBC report claims the UN says that the responsibility lies with a smaller rocket attack - either Palestinian or secondary Israeli shells. And, the UN claims to have found eyewitnesses that were not there when BBC and other reporters were there that day and in the days that followed. Conflicting reports do not make for proof. Your Huffpost link does not contradict the BBC claim that secondary shelling/shrapnel from Israeli bombs could have caused it and your jpost and bbcwatch links are incredibly biased, particularly the bbcwatch and I would hardly expect them to give the claims the suspicion they deserve.  The  UN report is not conclusive but speculative - they say 'what appeared to be a  Palestinian rocket'. Over 20 other children died in that assault - are you going to claim they were all killed by friendly fire? Where is your outrage at all those deaths?

... indiscriminately fired at Israeli civilians from the Gaza Strip?

How can an eyewitness not be there?  Are you saying that the UN is so shoddy at investigating something this sensitive that they used people who weren't there?  Come on, you can't even admit that your side may have made an error?  Unbelievable.

Palestinian attacks on civilians and I don't support violent resistance. It's all part of my whole equality thing.

As for admitting error, you'll find that when Palestinian militants injure others through friendly fire, they generally apologise the family about it and pay compensation. According to AP this was not done. Also Jihad Meshrawi notes that the UN investigators did not speak to him or his family. It leaves one wondering who they did speak to.

... the ones outside of the building who could see the missiles and where they were coming from.

Did you, by chance, read the comments on the AP story you linked to?
