    operational details are being kept secret. Of course that's appropriate. The complaint is that the legal justifications are being kept secret. In other words, the Administration is saying the program is legal but they aren't telling us why.

    Why is that hard to understand?
    It's easy to understand. But this program will be in place long after Obama stops being President. Are you okay with him creating this power and then handing it over to the next Republican who wins the White House?
