    I seriously doubt the judge made the motion for the exam sua sonte.  That does not compute. I have to believe it was a motion by either the defense or the prosecution. There is way more to this than meets the eye, we just don't know what it is. More digging is required.  I don't trust news stories.  There is only one crime reporter in the entire country I really trust to get it right the first time: an old friend I have known for close to thirty years. That is Jerry Mitchell at the Jackson (MS) Clarion-Ledger.    If all reporters were like Jerry, we could start trusting the news again.

      It is a very high-profile case.

      Lot's of cogs in motion here. And some of 'em ain't meshing right now.
