My daughter filed for a medical bankruptcy last year.  I tried to make payments on her van during the process.  They wouldn't take any payments, instead, they referred me to the court.  I couldn't master the system, so no payments got made.

On Wednesday, 3/6, they repossessed the van.  I had to pay the remainder of the loan plus fees to get it back.  Managed to pay it off (we'd already made 90% of the payments) on the 7th, and ransomed it out of the impound lot (another thief to deal with) on the 8th.  Yesterday, March 14, I receive a letter from Wells Fargo dated the 7th stating their intention to reclaim the vehicle. What gall, a day after I confront them about the lack of communication from them, the send a letter stating their intentions and mail it a day AFTER I reclaimed the van.
