    does this have on the tar sands operations?  Will they need to find new research teams or something?  Or is the good news that scientists are turning against it?

      and propaganda, that " the tar sands is sustainable and that it is not one of the worst industrial pollution sites in the world." The scientific body were upset that Canada walked out of the Kyoto accord. They probably know also that Canadian government scientists have a gag order on them. Their public statements have to be cleared by a minister of propaganda. They probably also know that the Canadian government has stripped our environmental regulations in order to fast track the Tar Sands destruction.

      It will hurt the Tar Sands industries and the Canadian government when they try to lobby the US that this project is environmentally sustainable, redeemable, and does not contribute to green house gas emissions.
