    and your explanation of same. . .it is a diamond in a rough, the valley's scenic attractions, and I have to say how the fact Valley of Fire is Nevada's first premier state park it is also neglected, big time. I mean, you will not find its upkeep on par with, say, Utah State Parks (which are immaculate by comparison). Still, the phase, diamond in the rough, pretty much states the truth given the priority of Nevada and its insatiable gambling interests, and where the money really goes (other than the corruption of that awful State Government...sorry I had to speak the truth). Still, worth the time to get there and see a truly magnificent environs. YOur neck of the woods, however, is indeed heaven-on-earth, and of course the snow and rain helps. Not so most of the parched Southwest desert country. Well, as always, your comments are welcomed as they are enlightening to our community, so thanks for taking the time to comment and post, wynative. See you tomorrow for a grand tour of the Grand CAnyon who want to hike the corridor trails and know where they're going step by step.
